Assay master's mark by Yakov Nikolayvich Lyapunov (1898-1903), a few with Cyrillic assay mark AR for A. Richter 1898-1903 or A. Romanov -1908.
Engraved monogram. Tarnishing on the steel blades. The general impression is good.
